At MAN VAULTRSA (Pty) Ltd (Registration Number: 2026/789092/07), we aim to make your shopping experience as convenient, transparent and reliable as possible.
MAN VAULT arranges nationwide delivery. Our process is simple, transparent, and customer-friendly.
Order Processing & Shipping Timeline
· Order Cut-Off Time: 4:00 PM , Monday–Sunday. Orders with an accepted final quotation and confirmed payment after this time will enter processing on the next business day.
· Processing & Handling: 0–3 business days (Monday–Friday) after acceptance of the final quotation and confirmation of payment. This excludes manufacturing lead time and courier transit time.
· Courier Transit Time: 2–5 business days (Monday – Friday)
Shipping is not included in the product price. Due to current fuel prices, shipping will be quoted separately after we receive your request to order. You will receive a final quotation including the product and shipping costs for approval before payment.
The courier quotation will be based on the collection addresses of the relevant suppliers, your single delivery address, and the weight and dimensions of the items. Items may be collected from multiple suppliers for delivery to one customer address.
Order processing will begin once you have accepted the final quotation, including the courier and shipping costs, and payment has been confirmed.
97% of products on MAN VAULT are handmade. Quality takes time.
If a product is not in stock and needs to be manufactured, the manufacturing lead time is 3–15 working days.
Dispatch will take place once manufacturing is complete and ready for shipping.
To purchase, submit your selected products and quantities as one request to order. We will obtain a courier quotation and send you the final quotation including shipping. Once you approve the final quotation and payment is confirmed, your order will enter processing according to the cut-off time and processing timeline above.
You will be kept up to date every 2 days via email or WhatsApp on the progress of your order.
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive:
· A confirmation email with your order details
· A tracking number and a real-time tracking link

· Deliveries do not take place on weekends or public holidays.
· We only deliver within South Africa. For door-to-door delivery, please provide a physical street address; we do not deliver to PO Boxes. For PUDO locker delivery, please provide your selected PUDO locker details.
· Unexpected delays caused by external factors (e.g., courier disruptions, weather, strikes, manufacturer in hospital or deceased) will be communicated to you promptly.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please follow these steps:
1. Verify that the delivery address matches the one on your order.
2. Check with neighbors, security, or household members in case they accepted the package on your behalf.
3. Contact the courier directly using your tracking number for more information.
If the courier confirms that the package is lost, contact us with your order details at manvaultrsa@gmail.com Man Vault will open a case of theft with SAPS and all details will be sent to SAPS
